LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the LondonBorough of Southwark (‘the council’) propose to make the above-mentioned orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV ofSchedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.2. The general effect of the orders would be, in GUILDABLEMANOR STREET {formerly known as the north-east to south-west arm of RAILWAY APPROACH - extending from the southern kerb-line of Railway Approach/London Bridge station bus terminus to the north-eastern kerb-line of London Bridge Street}:- (a) to designate three new taxi stopping areas in which taxis only would be permitted to stop at any time; (b) to designate a new loading bay in which vehicles may load or unload goods for a maximum of 40 minutes at any time, providing no vehicle may return to that loading bay within2 hours; and (c) to introduce ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions throughout the remaining lengths of kerb-side in that street.3.
